FAQ Page
Is there a return policy?
Yes, there is a 30-day return period. All shipping charges (to and from) are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us prior to returning your item(s) for an authorization number. We can also provide a return shipping label.
*Note: Custom designs and items with painting/staining selections may not be eligible for return.
What happens if my item(s) arrives damaged?
First off, we would like to apologize if your item(s) arrives damaged. It’s not a great feeling when something you ordered shows up broken. Please contact us right away. All items shipped are insured so if there is damage we will file a claim. We will work with the carrier to have the order picked up and will have a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders will ship between 7 and 14 days. Some of the larger chandeliers can take up to 21 days, but we will do our best to get them out as early as possible. If you order requires powder coating (painting), the timeline could be pushed an additional 7 to 14 days depending on the paint shop’s schedule. For any custom orders, we will calculate a timeline and include it with the designs.
Do you take custom requests?
Absolutely!!! We make all our products to order. If you want to put your own personal touch on one of our current items, or if you want something designed just for you, send us a request via our contact form and we will get back to you ASAP.
Are all your products repurposed?
Yes. All the lightning and home products we sell are all repurposed. We take items that were intended for a specific use and have transformed them into another. Many times giving them new life, especially when it comes to our vintage and reclaimed items.
Can I install the lighting myself?
Electrical projects are inherently dangerous, and even the most benign tool can cause serious injury or death if not used properly. Always read and follow instructions and safety warnings. Please consult a licensed electrician if you do not feel comfortable or are unfamiliar working with electricity. ALWAYS turn off the power at the circuit breaker and test that the power is off before starting.
What height would you recommend I hang my new light?
The installation brochure has a few recommended heights for installation, but we recommend holding the light up at a few different heights to make sure it looks and functions the way you want. Please remember to leave an additional few inches on the cord for wiring purposes.
